Denra LLC ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through denra.co, how we use it, and your choices.
1. Information we collect - You provide: name, email, phone, shipping/billing address, order details, account credentials, reviews, and messages to support. - Payment information: processed by our payment provider(s) (e.g., Shopify Payments); we don't store full card numbers. - Automatically: device/browser data, IP address, pages viewed, and similar analytics data via cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy). - Marketing preferences: email/SMS opt-in status and engagement.
2. How we use it To process and ship orders; manage subscriptions and billing; provide support; send transactional messages; send marketing (with your consent) you can opt out of anytime; improve the Site and products; prevent fraud; and comply with law.
3. How we share it We share personal information with service providers who work on our behalf, such as: payment processors; fulfillment/shipping; our ecommerce platform Shopify; subscription management; email/SMS providers; analytics and advertising partners; and customer support tools. We may also share to comply with law, enforce our Terms, or in a business transfer (e.g., merger or sale). We do not sell your personal information for money. Some sharing with advertising/analytics partners may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" (for targeted advertising) under certain state laws — you can opt out as described below.
4. Cookies & tracking We use cookies, pixels (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok — list yours), and analytics. Manage these via our Cookie Policy / cookie banner and your browser settings. We honor recognized universal opt-out signals (e.g., Global Privacy Control) where required.
5. Email & SMS marketing With your consent, we send marketing emails and/or texts. Unsubscribe from email via the link in any message; stop texts by replying STOP. Message/data rates may apply to SMS. See our marketing consent terms.
6. Data retention We keep personal information as long as needed for the purposes above and as required by law (e.g., order records for tax/accounting), then delete or de-identify it.
7. Your rights Depending on where you live, you may have rights to: access/know, correct, delete, obtain a portable copy, and opt out of targeted advertising, "sale"/"sharing," and certain profiling. You may appeal a denial by emailing support@denra.co. We won't discriminate against you for exercising rights.
8. US state privacy rights Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws — currently including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and Washington (plus Florida's narrower law) — have the rights described above, with state-specific details.
9. California rights (CCPA/CPRA) California residents have rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale/sharing of personal information and to limit use of sensitive personal information. To opt out, use denra.co/pages/do-not-sell or contact us. You may use an authorized agent.
10. Children's privacy The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
11. Security We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information, but no method is 100% secure.
12. Changes We may update this policy; the "last updated" date will reflect changes.
