Welcome to denra.co (the "Site"), operated by Denra LLC ("Denra," "we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using the Site or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
1. Who can use the Site You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
2. Products & information accuracy We work to keep product descriptions, ingredients, images, and pricing accurate, but we don't warrant that all content is error-free, complete, or current. Product images are illustrative. Our products are dietary supplements, not drugs, and the statements about them have not been evaluated by the FDA (see our Medical/Supplement Disclaimer).
3. Pricing & errors Prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD) and may change without notice. We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and may cancel or refuse orders affected by an obvious error (including pricing), even after an order is submitted.
4. Orders & acceptance Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, limit quantities, or cancel orders (for example, suspected fraud or resale, or errors). A charge or confirmation email does not guarantee acceptance until the order ships.
5. Payment You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for your order, including any applicable taxes and shipping. You represent that you're authorized to use the payment method.
6. Subscriptions If you enroll in a subscription, you authorize recurring charges and agree to the Subscription Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. You may cancel anytime as described there.
7. Shipping, returns & refunds Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns/refunds by our Returns & Refund Policy, both incorporated here.
8. Intellectual property The Site and its content — text, graphics, logos, Denra marks, images, and design — are owned by or licensed to us and protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission.
9. User conduct You agree not to misuse the Site, including: violating laws; infringing our or others' rights; interfering with the Site's operation or security; scraping; or using the Site to transmit harmful code. Any reviews or content you submit must be truthful and your own; you grant us a license to use submitted content in connection with our business.
10. Health disclaimer Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Content on the Site is for general information and is not medical advice. Consult your healthcare provider before use, especially if pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a medical condition. See our Medical/Supplement Disclaimer.
11. Disclaimers of warranty The Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where such disclaimers are not permitted. Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain disclaimers, so some of the above may not apply to you.
12. Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Denra LLC and its officers, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue. Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
13. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold Denra LLC harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
14. Governing law & disputes These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or your purchase will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
15. Changes to these Terms We may update these Terms; the "last updated" date will change, and continued use after changes means you accept them.
